What’s your return policy?

Each Car Girl Aesthetics item is made to order through our print partner, Printed Mint — just for you!

Because of that, we don’t accept general returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or clearly defective, don’t worry — we’ll make it right.

Email us within 5 business days of delivery at support@cargirlaesthetics.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or defective item (and packaging)
  • A short note about what went wrong

We’ll review it quickly and arrange a replacement or refund if eligible.

How do I place a return or exchange?

To start a return or exchange, email us at support@cargirlaesthetics.com within 5 business days of delivery.

Include your order number, a short note about what went wrong, and clear photos of the item (and packaging if damaged).

If your order qualifies for a replacement, we’ll guide you through the next steps. In some cases, we may ask you to return the item using a pre-paid return label we’ll provide.

Please note: we can only accept returns or exchanges for items that arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect—not for size, color, or design preferences.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Credit or debit card refunds usually take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

If your order was paid with a gift card or store credit, the refund will be reissued immediately to your original balance once processed.

We’ll email you as soon as your refund has been issued, so you’ll know exactly when it’s on the way.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

If you received the wrong design or item, please email support@cargirlaesthetics.com within 5 business days of delivery.

Include a clear photo of what you received plus your order number -- we’ll send out the correct item right away at no cost to you.

Can I return a product I received as a gift?

If your item was a gift and arrived damaged or defective, the original purchaser or the recipient can contact us for a replacement.

We’ll need the order number or purchaser’s name/email to locate the order.

Since every product is made to order, non-defective gifts can’t be returned or exchanged.
